Quincy native Janet Uhlar's life was altered during the summer of 2013 when she was picked to be a juror in the criminal trial of James “Whitey” Bulger. Janet's third book, The Truth Be Damned, is written as a work of fiction. It is based not only on her experience as juror #12, but also her extensive research following that trial.
